Cannot login by facebook in samsung gear sport!

cannot login by facebook in samsung gear sport. It said unable to log in, but i can login using the same facebook account and password into spotify account using browser.

went to spotify account to set device password. It showed me "We're sorry, your email address was not available, please try to log out, log back in and try again. If the problem continues, please contact support." 

what can i do in order to get to login in my gear sport? Thank you.

Can you give us a bit more info on how you're trying to sign into the app on your device? 

If you're entering your Facebook email address and password, make sure all of the characters in the email field are lowercase.
