Cannot login by phone. I'm in offline mode

My Question or Issue

 From late july I can't access to my account by phone. First I thought the problem was because I were in a rural zone without internet, but now I'm at home again, but It's still log out. When I try to log in, it says:"You are in offline mode, you can just connect to spotify with internet". I can connect by computer but not by phone. Can't understand why can't log in now connected to WiFi by phone, why logged out suddenly, and why there's no problem by computer...???

I'm sorry but Spotify is trying to figure out how to solve that problem. Right now it's not possible to solve it. You can check this Spotify answer. I'll keep you posted when they can finally solve it.
