Cannot login, see account details or reset password

Cannot login, see account details or reset password

I've been kicked out of my spotify on my laptop and phone. It won't work with my Sonos either. When I try to go to my account details or login, I get this:

www.spotify.com redirected you too many times.

I also cannot reset my password. Literally, nothing happens. 

 

I suspect I need to update my credit card details. I have Premium, but I can't get to the page. 

 

If i'm on the community page, I am logged in. If i'm on the spotify.com page, it doesn't recognize my username nor my email address. 

 

This has been all weekend. Can someone please help.

Yep I did. Ended up creating a whole new account, which is fine but I'd love to have my old playlists brought over to my new account if possible?
