Cannot login to my account

Cannot login to my account

Hi,

 

So recently I got a message saying something like (Error code: 410) and that I was logged out of my account. I tried reseting the password but didn't recive any emails. Maybe someone changed my email and password?

 

I sent a support ticket 4 days ago but havn't got an answer yet. When I try to reset the password again it says:

The email address you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account.

 

But the account is still there if I search
spotify:user:salmin in the search bar.

 

Anyone who can help me? The account has had premium for a while now.

Please check your spam box. Also, were you logged in when you submitted the ticket?

Do you have a case number I can pass to the staff?

I got nothing in my spam folder but viagra offers, which I will have to read later..

 

I had to make a new account in order to send a support ticket and to make this topic. My case number is:

Hi salmin, have you checked the inbox of the email address you mentioned in your support ticket? We replied a couple of days ago to that inbox -- it's different to the one you're using to log into Community.

Yes, I had to use a different mail-adress to make a new account in order to make this topic 😃

The only answer I find says:

"I've passed this case onto the relevant team who'll be getting in touch with you ASAP to get things reset."

But that answer was sent 06-17.

 

Can you maybe resend it? Or tell me what time it was sent 🙂

Hmm, very strange. The follow-up response was sent to the same email address. Anyway, I've just re-sent it. Did that come through okay?
