My Question or Issue
I tried to login to a separate device (iPad) but had forgotten password so reset it and logged out of all devices (including iphone). Despite trying multiple times, the password i have reset my account with simply doesn’t work on any device. I have tried to reset my password again but having no luck. For some reason, following the reset, the web browser takes me to my account which also says I have spotify free which is not correct. I have paid monthly for spotify premium for years. This needs sorting asap as I have my wedding this weekend and I am reliant on my spotify account for the music playlists.

The described experience makes me think you have multiple accounts and are logged in on the wrong one on the web player. Could you check this page for advice on how to find out if you have multiple accounts?
