Cannot login to the app on Windows or iPhone, but I can login to the website

Hi all,

I've tried using a different browser, logging out of facebook and logging in again, reseting my password (from the app), re-installing and re-starting spotify.

I've also looked in the board and found someone with a very similar problem as me too, but the resoluitoin there didn't solve my problem.

I've recently upgraded to premium and this is my first month as a paying user.

Just noticed from my credit card statemeht that I've got refunded by spotify, so now I'm worried about why I can't access my account. I've had this account for ages and created quite a few playlists, it would be awful to lose access to it now...
