I recently signed up for the family plan and wanted to cancel my sons premium so I can put him on the family one with us but he cant remember any of his passwords or emails he used is there anyway I can fix this?
Welcome to the forums!I’m sorry to hear you're son is having trouble. I recommend for him to check out the ”Problems logging in” support article for more info.
Just to let you both know, he can keep his current account, you would just need to invite him. It may also be an easier option for him, as it would mean he would not loose his music 🙂
