Cannot pay for 3 months premium

Hi.

I'm trying to purchase the 3 months for 0,99 TL deal, but after entering my credit card details and pressing Start, I get this payment error (in Turkish):

"Tüh, kartın veya ödeme sağlayıcın kötü bir gün geçiriyor galiba. Merak etme, senden hiç ücret alınmadı. Tekrar dene veya başka bir ödeme yöntemi kullan."

 

Which means Spotify cannot process the payment. I have tried with two different cards from different banks, I tried creating a new Spotify account, but nothing works.

 

Can you help me please?

Hey!

Thanks for posting on the Spotify Community! You should check that your card meets the requirements in this article. If your card does meet the requirements, get in get in touch with your bank to find out why it's getting declined.

Hi again.

I have contacted Spotify Support, they said I used my card to pay for someone else (my wife actually), so I cannot use it anymore. They suggested to use another card.
