Cannot play music after free trial

Cannot play music after free trial

Hi Spotify,

My friend uses an android phone. He had problem playing music after his 30 day free trial. The app kept on telling him to join premium or later. If he pressed "later" then end up can't play music. We've tried all methods that we can think of but still the same. My iPhone is slightly different so I don't know how to help. Please tell us how. Thank you.

No I think the wifi was connected at the time when we were trying to playing music. Could there be any other reasons you think? Thank you.

I suggest to reinstall spotify.

Go to System Settings
- Go to "Apps"
- Find Spotify there
- On Spotify's page, first, tap "Force Close"
- Then tap "Clear cache" if it's not greyed out.
- Then tap "Unninstall" and remove the app.
- After uninnstalling, power off your device.
- If you can, remove the battery now. Power back on.
- Using a file manager on your phone or with your USB cable and your computer, go to Internal Storage > Android > Data and delete a folder called com.spotify.mobile.android.ui
- Reinstall Spotify from Google Play
