Cannot raise a response from Spoitfy

My account has been re-set, I am still being billed for Premium which I have had for 2 years, I cannot get into my original account to delete the credit card and add it to the new account I have been forced to create (loosing all playlists etc), not a single response frim Spotify, however, they did send me a customer satisfaction survey email today - bearing in mind I have not been 'served' it was a little premature! Please, someone at Spotify make contact! Guy Masters (you'll find 2 accounts for me!)
