Cannot recover account

My Question or Issue

 I have tried resetting the password for an account associated with the username dpatel98 numerous times and each time the link does not work. Also I can only get the recovery link when I choose "forgot my password" on the Iphone app. However when I try to recover my password on my laptop it cannot find the account. I have submitted multiple support tickets with no response.
