Cannot recover playlist - 502 Bad Gateway

Hi guys. Does anyone have the same problem when trying to access Plalist recovery? I get a 502 Bad Gateway error.

Please help if anyone knows a solution or cause of problem. Thank you.

Thanks for the tip but i get the same thing all the time after I've gone through all the points of your article. All other sections of the account page work ... only the playlist recovery doesn't. :(((

That's really odd. Can you try accessing the recover tab in an incognito chrome window just to double-check it isn't a cache or cookie issue. If it throws the same error, get in touch with the support team and they'll take a look.  If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

I went through incognito and this time got a 504 error. I'll get in touch with support. Thank you for your effort!
