thats bad to hear . please delete spotify and then install again. maybe it will solve your problem!! thanks

You should be able to change your Spotify profile picture following the steps provided in this Support article. If this doesn't work, it's likely because your account was created via Facebook. If so, you should be able to change your Spotify profile picture by updating your Facebook profile picture to the one you want.
