My Question or Issue
I haven't used my profile in a few years and am trying to restart my premium account. I forgot my password and am trying to reset. trying to reset my password but when I enter my email it says "The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account". But when I try to sign up again, it says "We're sorry, that email is taken".
So I'm really at a loss as to how to restore access to my account. I'm writing this from a dummy account as again I cannot login.
Any assistance with this matter would be appreciated.
