Cannot see account page on artist.spotify (chromebook)

My Question or Issue

When I log in to Spotify for Artists, I get to the main page. However, when I click on account name > My Account

Which directs to "https://artists.spotify.com/c/"  I just get a blank page and nothing loads. This only happens on my Chromebook. On PC and Mac it works fine, also using Chrome browser.

I have tried clearing the cache but it doesn't do anything. Any ideas what the problem is and how I could solve it? Also wasn't sure where to post this... apologies if it's in the wrong category.
