Cannot set up Hulu account

Setting up a Hulu account isn't an option on my account page but I'm a student member. I've been trying to get this fixed for way too long and can't get a response from any of the help outlets provided by spotify

Just to check, are you getting any error messages when trying to set up your Spotify account with Hulu? Try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Does that help?
