Cannot subscribe to Premium

I am currently in a premium trial for the next week and I want to set up a billable premium account. When I click "subscribe" under my account details it tells me that there is currently no support for my request and to contact customer support.

I've tried in browsers on an iPhone, iPad and a desktop all with the same error.

Hey @Akaplan516 as you've already entered your payment details to set up that 30-day trial you're all set. It will turn into a paid subscription as soon as the trial ends. No need for you to do anything else on your end 🙂

On a PC, can you try to clear cache and use an incognito window to subscribe here

I tried what you suggested and I am still getting the pink box that says there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to my account.

Not sure what else I can do.
