Cannot update/change payment methods.

I recently resigned up now that canada has family plans. I hadn't changed by payment method. However I received an email saying my payment method was having issues. I logged into to update my payment method. But when I chose either PayPal or credit card and click change payment method nothing happens it doesn't save or go to a new confirmation page. The button does nothing. I've tried on windows in chrome and android phone.
