Cannot update my account information due to an error of Country drop down menu

Hello,

i am free user and was about to update some information of my account but i am not able to do anything due to an error which appear on the country drop-down menu. I am receving the error from the attached screenshot every time i hit "save profile", no matter what changes i have implemented. Please let me know how to proceed?
