Cannot update my account

I have been trying to update my Credit Card info for days, and I never get to the end of the process because the site stalls. I see the first form where I am asked to update data like my name, phone, address. So I update that information, and klick the the green button below (like "Continue"), and there is where I suppose I should be asked for my Credit Card data, but it never loads a new form, I just se an endless spinning wheel.

I am using Safari over OSX on a Mac, all software up to date, the site is in portuguese, because I am from Brazil. Please help! I recieved an e-mail today telling me that my paymant didn't work, and I wouldn't like to have my premium accound blocked.
