My Question or Issue

 

Hello,

 

Due to a change in my credit card information, I need to be able to update my payment details, but there is no update button under my plan.

 

The screenshot I provided is in Turkish, but you can clearly see from the placement that there is no update button as it must be.

Im having the same issue. Tried updating my card information on the app and on a desk top and got the same error message.

Hi @sullysgurl04!

 

Did you get an error message when you tried updating your payment details? Keep in mind that your card:

  • has to issued in the same country as the one on your account
  • must be open for foreign, online and recurring transactions
  • needs to have a 2 factor authentication set up

If you're having still having issues with updating your payment details, try the following:

  • Try with an incognito / private window.
  • Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
  • Try with another browser.
  • Try with another device.
