Cannot update my payment details



I have been a spotify premium subscriber for 3 years. My account has been paid for by a standing order from my visa card for all of that time. This month the expiration date on my visa card has been changed. Spotify is not allowing me to update my card details in the subscription section of my account.


When I attemted to update the card details the card on file was simply erased. Now when I attempt to add a payment method I am told -

"You are currently registered as being in Country ie. If you intend to use a payment method in another country, you need to change your country to match."


I don't need to change my country as I am in Ireland and always have been, but there is no option available to add a card to the account.


Please help.

I' m in same location. I have same promlem with most recent payment. 

Hi ntharris & domleonard- As these are payment questions specific to your accounts it's best to work via the contact form.
