I would like to upgrade my account, however the /hu/purchase/panel page shows an empty white page.
There are javascript errors on the page, namely it cannot load 2 different js bundles from fastly.net (offer-panel and sessioncam), and possibly therefore I get an error saying spweb.payments.newflow is not a function, and cannot read property sessioncam of undefined.

Thank you ys I have exactly the same proble. I press the Start Family Premium button and.....nothing. Ive tried on my phone and pc with different browsers. Must be a glitch - Spotify come on hurry up and rectify it.
I have tried multiple browsers to no avail. This doesn't appear to be a cache problem.

Opera, FireFox, Chrome and Safari are all of the browsers I have tried.
I'm using Mac OS X Sierra Version 10.12.1 (16B25555)
I live in the US.
I am on XMission with 100/100Mbps fiber connection. I also have a backup Comcast Business connection.
*Edit: Further proof it is not a cache problem, I just tried it on my iPhone 7 in iOS with the same problem.

I've tried many times to get around this... It's very upsetting to know I'm paying for this account and that there is no way to add my family members.
I'm using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer on my Windows Laptop. The FREE accounts I'm trying to add are mainly used on a tablet and mobile phone...
@Jacobsonfam6 @adnanokt could you please both confirm you've tried this with another internet browser? Or cleared the cache for your browser?
Tried it on Linux, Windows 10, Mac os x el capitan , and android.
Browsers: Chrome, Chrome on android, Safari, Edge, Mozilla, with and without incognito mode. Always blank page after confirmation.

i am desperate to add my parents to the familiar plan. They were once using our familiar plan, but a few months after they were kind of kicked out. I’ve tried since july 2017 to add them back but it doesn’t let me add them.
I’ve tried to contact you through facebook a couple of times, but noone answers.
It’s been 6 months now since i have this problem and I don’t want to keep paying the familiar plan if my family can’t use it.
