Hi,

 

I have subscribed to Spotify premium since half a year. This week I noticed that I get advertisments again. In addition I am not able to download songs to my android device nor on my MacBook. I just tells me I should subscribe to Premium, but I already have!

 

When going to my accont on spotify.com the subscription state reads:

You have got an active subscription.You subscription will automatically change to Spotify Premium on 2014-03-20 and you will be charged 9,99 € unless you cancel recurrent payments.

 

How to fix this?

I'm guessing you're in Germany? If so, please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify will help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
