Cannot use "Contact Form" email not valid message

I recently renewed my Spotify subscription and after 30 minutes of searching realized I somehow paid for premium attached to two Facebook accounts. I obviously am only one person. I followed the help section link to the contact form, only to be presented with a message saying my email was not valid (?)... When I follow the next link to "change it here", it brings me to a page where I can edit my profile, with no email options. It only allows me to enter my phone information. So basically I cannot contact spotify if there is a problem, so I have to make a name and post here and wait for someone to respond. Quite possibly the most ridiculous customer service I've ever dealt with. If I don't receive a timely response I'll just dispute the charge and take care of it that way.

A few people have had this problem with the contact form in the past.

 

Try another browser or computer. (this worked for them)

 

Also try this alternative contact form (manually enter info)

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/

A few people have had this problem with the contact form in the past.

I have been trying to contact them as I have been charged even though I have cancelled them. Keep getting the contact page it is a loop, not going to the form!!!!!!!!!
