Cannot use spotify premium

Downloaded the app to iPhone 6 and paid £12.99 for the monthly auto renew premium account on 5th May 2015.

Today, suddenly premium features no longer available on my iPhone 6.

Logged in to my spotify account via PC - says I'm on a free account - no evidence anywhere that I've paid for the premium account.

Spent an age searching all over spotify's online pages for support - eventually arrived here.

Come on spotify - sort it out.

I would add that I subscribed via iTunes & received the confirmation email that I have paid the £12.99 and am a subscriber to the premium service. Something not connected to something else here.

Found the support site at http://www.spotify.com/int/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact and made some noise.

Hopefully issue resolved asap as I'm not me when I can't access spotify.

One final note about my experience with spotify support. It's non-existent. Basically I purchased the premium subscription service through itunes. Itunes and spotify didn't quite get it on and in the end I was paying itunes £12.99 a month and spotify thought I had a free account. So - putting all that to spotify support - their advice was simply to purchase a premium account to access premium services. No phone number - no HQ where you could build a modest bonfire - nada. In the end I've had to 'report a problem' with the service through itunes. Spotify are fortunate that their service rocks (when it works). Have fun 😉
