Cant Access My Account. Then I lost all my Playlist.

Cant Access My Account. Then I lost all my Playlist.

This morning I can't access my account, tried and tried and tried to reset my password and nothing came to my email. Then few minutes afterwards I can access again, but suddenly I lost all my precious PLAYLIST. What happened? and what am I suppose to do to restore my PLAYLIST? I'm planning to upgrade my plan to FAMILY but I don't know if I should.

 

What's you suggestions?

when you log into your spotify account online there should be a recover playlist option where you can search for the lost ones, hope that helps

I access the recovery but it says I haven't deleted anything.

Yes, really odd, all my playlists were gone.
