Cant Log In

For some reason I was logged out of my spotify account today. When I tried to log back into my account I was given an error message that reads "Unable to log in either username or password is incorrect." I've tried every possible solution listed on your help page along with a few others with no luck. I also submitted a support ticket but was just given an automated message. Please help me get my account back.
