Cant Log in - Account Without Email

My Question or Issue

I recently logged out of my spotify account and now can't get back in. The account I want to get into, as I unintentionally have two, has username 215sfmqhzh7hh3hbiyfsbhtay. None of my usual passwords work when putting in either this long name or the shorter name, Grunty Klop, associated with the account. Also when I try and reset the password it says that the account does not have an email attatched to it. Ideally I would like to delete my other unused account, username gbsuud7mwcq2oysbn4u1zv6f3, and reset my password for the account I do want to get into. Thanks
