Cant Login to premium account, password reset does not work.

About 5 days ago I got logged out of my premium account on my spotify app.  I tried logging back in and it said I had the wrong details.  Making sure I had the right username, I checked what username I had on my Alexa App which I had linked to (which still works), and verified that I did indeed have the right username.

 I tried loggin in again, it didn't work again, so I tried to reset my password.  When I put in my username it said "we are currently experiencing problems, please try again later" . This was 5 days ago, and it's still saying this.

What are my options here?  I'm paying for Premium and can't even use the app.

Hey @benwolfington, thanks for writing!

In this case, our best recommendation would be to reinstall the app with these steps, removing all Spotify cache stored on your device and giving the app a fresh start.

Once you've done that, use your account credentials to log in. In case your account is linked to Facebook, remember that you can use the blue "Log in with Facebook" to access your account.

Hey! This happened to me too, you should delete the app from your phone and install it again and then it'll work!

Thanks! It actually turned out to be someone hacked my account and changed
the email address. Got it all fixed though!
