If you're not sure what email address is registered on your account, I'd recommend checking out this guide for more help on this.
Once you do that, you should be able to log back in and be good to go! Of course, if the issue still occurs, please let me know what happens when you try to reset your password and send relevant screenshots of any error messages being shown.
