My Question or Issue

I cant access my old account that with premium subscription because of my account didnt link with any email and i forgot the password. I used to login with my phone number but now these no such a phone number login anymore. Hope can help me.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

If you've created an account using your phone number, you won’t be able to add an email address to it. If you want to have one added, you can get in touch with Customer Support.
They can help you add an email and after that you'll be able to create a password to log in.
