On website, premium for family page ... place to add family members does not show up. Cant add new members
You are probably not looking at the right page. Go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ and select "Premium for Family" on the left. You should see the button to send invites there
I had the same problem today. When I searched the community for answers I discovered that I couldn't add a date filter to the search result.
This made me suspect that my web browser, IE 11, was the problem. So I installed Chrome and tried the same things. No problem, everything works as expected.
I think Spotify should fix this or at least inform the user that the brower being used isn't compatible.
