Cant buy Premium because of "Javascript".

Hey guys,

i wanted to buy Spotify Premium for the 0,99€ and when i click on "pay with Paypal" it says: "You have to activate Javascript". Hte problem is that i activated javascript and so on and it still doesn't work. Any tips?

Hey there! 

 

Can you let us know what operating system and browser are you trying to do it? Also, can you try to complete the process on an incognito window or a different browser? If that doesn't help try to do it on a different device and let us know how it goes.

Hey, i tried it with Google Chrome but it didnt work. I did it in an incognito window and everything worked perfectly 🙂 Thank you!

Did you get charged multiple times? I had the same error and contacted my bank after I saw it. They say I have been charged twice.

 

I tried yesterday and 20 minutes ago and I'm still not a premium.

 

I will call them back and tell them that I do not recognize the charges -_-

The payments on your statement should show as pending, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, check your student discount details and resubscribe at spotify.com/student. Let us know if you need anything else.

The thing, is not pending, it is already been charged. My bank told me without me needing to tell them the time, amount and how many times I tried (charges).

 

This should be a matter of seconds not hours. It is the first time I pay for something that I dont get the follwing seconds.

I had the same issue in chrome(under linux) and I disabled the ad blocker for the site then it worked.
