Cant cancel spotify premium

I'm trying to cancel my spotify premium but when I go into manage accounts it tells me, I'm on spotify free. Can someone help?

Perhaps you Subscribed using Facebook, try to login with your Facebook. Or you Subscribed through Apple, you can cancel your Apple Subscription by following the tutorial below:
