Cant change country in settings!

Hello All. I am really disappointed with that issue that people still have today (I saw post on the same subject from 2013). I am French and I settle in Abidjan (Ivory coast 2 weeks ago). I can't use Spotify for days. They said I have to change my country in the settings but there is only France in the list. Can you please help?

Spotify is open to my country (Israel)

Thanks a lot! Clearly it is really helpful to know that in 2018 there is one continent holding 20% of word population. But some business see them as so useless that only 1 country has access to Music. Good to know. 

I will just go to the competitors...
