My Question or Issue

Hi,
I've been trying to change my display name for a while now but I'm not even finding the option. I cant even connect to Facebook. Whenever I try it says I'm already connected but I'm not. It's not connected to any of my facebook info.

Please help. Is this because my trial period isn't over yet?
