I need to change my country but i cant, i already put my swiss debit card and still in my origin country not my new country

What do you mean? Did you move to a new country? Or did it just move you some were you did not mark there as where you live? So please tell us more, I would love to help you... But we do not have enough details to help sorry

The problem here is,

the account isn’t recognizing the country, because my wife didn’t have any problem changing the country
