Cant change payment method

Hi,

I try changing to Premium but Spotify doesn't let me add a new payment method. I press the GET PREMIUM button (OBTÉN PREMIUM in spanish) but nothing happens (image attached). I tried with different internet explorers but still nothing.

The first time a changed to premium was like a 2 months ago, then Spotify tried to charge it to a credit card that was empty.

Need help, please.

Hola, intenta ingresar a www.spotify.com/premium... te da la opción ya? Si no porfavor quiero que llenes este formulario de ayuda (en inglés porfavor) y diles que quieres cambiar tu forma de pago pero que cuando lo intentas no funciona... ellos te ayudarán muy rápido.
