Cant change to pay with another credit card

Im trying to update my credit card information but i cant -.- ... so i lost my premium , now im trying to get it again.
I want to change the information of  "Estas pagando con" (you are paying with), and also "la tarjeta vence el" to get premium again.

Sorry, there is currently a glitch not allowing people to change their payment details. The tech team is working on a fix.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you change the card
