My Question or Issue

Ive had a premium family account for my roommates since it was released. One recently moved out, and now my brother has moved in - and it keeps saying that he has to live at the same household which he does he even has the same last name!

thanks for posting in the community !

 

As a basic rule for the Family plan to work properly, all invited users are to have the same physical address listed in their account details.

 

Please check out this help page to make sure you've got it all covered.
