I have just purchased Family subscription and im trying to create accounts for wife and daughters, all over 13. It just errors with a spinning wheel, and on ios phone and ipad it errors on the email address field.... Tried all browsers (Safari, chrome, firefox, edge and ie11 - Private and not. Tried 2 iphones and 3 ipads. PLEASE HELP!!!!

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another device?
When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I have tried all of that across many devices both on LAN WiFi and 4G, nothing works for me.
