Cant do the l'upgrade

I have payed the account of my father (the offer of 99 cent for 3 months) and at the moment for do the mine it opens a window sayin i have alredy used an offer like this (that not true) can be a problem of my credit card or something? (Sorry for my english)

Hey @Matteo9,

 

Unfortunately, you can't claim more than one offer using one payment method. You'll have to use a different payment method if you'd like to claim the offer for your account as well.
