Cant figure out my account

So i have an odd problem where i dont know the username or the password to my premium spotify accout. Ive tried everything that i normally would use and still cant find it. I've tried both my emails as well and neither of them are registered under my premium accout. Every time i try to e-mail spotify about it they dont even reply back so I was hoping someone here could maybe be of better help

Is your Spotify account connected to your Facebook? If so, you can try logging in with your Facebook account and then figure out what your username is by accessing your profile page.
