Cant find my account

I created an account months ago using an email address i used for a job i quit a while back. I dont remember the email address i used and definetly dont remember any of my log in info. But ive still been charged for the last 3 months. How can i go about finding this info? Is there anyway someone from spotify can help me search for my accounts through payment method?
