Cant get my premium back!

For some reason i cant pay with my credit card. I have a mountly automatic payment but I didnt have any money on that acount last mounth. Now I have been trying several times to pay with another avount but it keeps telling me"OUPS, somthing went wrong...blablabla, please try agai" What can i do?

I reinstalled the new version of spotify premium.  I am not recognized now. I have entered a new credit card and all of my playlists are gone.  Am I paying twice now? Spotify, what is the issue and what is your fix? Transparency is well advised right now!
