Cant invite family member

I have upgraded to spotify family, but i cant send the invite to my wifes email adress, says:"Find a match for the requested format".

I also cant invite my wife and kids - was this ever responded too?

Nope never, i fixed it by copy pastinak the e-mail adress from the e-mail app on win10, no idea why that worked, and typing it didnt... but good luck
