Cant join my friends family, even though we live in the same house?

I recently moved together with a friend, and he has set up a spotify family account, that i cant join even though he have sent an invite. But when i write my information, with my new adress, it says this: "You can't join this Premium for Family account.
You already joined two subscriptions in the past 12 months." this is my third adress in the last 12 months, but can't see how that would matter?
