Cant listen to music at the same time

My Question or Issue

I have wanted to get the family plan for awhile but have a question.

I have all my echo devices in my house under my account.

If I upgrade to the family account and listen to my music in my van what would happen if my wife played music in the kitchen.

I thought it would be like Netflix were I pay for a certain amount of devices to be used at once. But from reading through the Q&A's it seems that there is a big problem with this on Spotify, even to the point that some people are having there music interupted on the same family account even with different logins.

Do Spotify have any plans to solvw these issues, because I will not be upgrading if I have to start changing the accounts for all of my devices.

As you share a Family plan account where each individual has his own private account linked they can use their own accounts to listen.
