Cant log in email no longer exists please help

I set up my spotify about 6 years ago and when I have changed phones it has always automatic ly signed in but I have changed my phone from iPhone 6 to 7 and it has asked me to sign in (unbelievable I haven't logged in in 6 years I have no idea of password ) I need a password reset but the email I used to set up account all that time ago no longer exists I am devastated at thought of no being able to get back into my account and all my lists I've made over the years please help can't seem to find contact or get any help from spotify on twitter
